By default our platform only allows one winning play per person (i.e. per unique email address).


In the Promotion Builder, you can set the Registration Frequency to be once per promotion (available on all plans) or once per day (available on the Professional and Enterprise plans).


If Registration Frequency is once per promotion, each person who registers to play with a unique email address will only get one chance to play.


If Registration Frequency is once per day, people who return to play every day of your promotion can keep playing, but after they've won one prize, they will no longer receive any winning plays.


Most plans only allow one Instant Win Game play per registration or login. If you select the Enterprise plan and use Contest Factory's Legally Compliant Official Rules, you can select the "Number of PLAYs a person gets for registering" field to be a number greater than "1", which allows a person to spin multiple times each time they visit your promotion.


Contest Factory's Legally Compliant Official Rules also allows you to set the "Maximum number of prizes each registrant is allowed to win in the promotion" field to a number greater than "1", which only then allows a user to win more than one prize during your promotion.


Note that during the preview of your Instant Win Game before checkout, you will see a sample play with one winning spin and one losing spin. This is only for sample purposes and does not necessarily reflect that each registrant will get two spins each time they play during your promotion.
